  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves for garnish
